How to Use Referrals
Refer another business to KaiCalls. Your personal link tracks signups and checkout conversions from businesses you send our way.
What Referrals Are
Referrals are the simplest way to share KaiCalls. Every account gets a personal referral link to send to other business owners. It is built for existing customers who know someone who misses calls, books appointments by phone, or needs faster lead follow-up — there is nothing to apply for and no cost to participate.

- Your friend signs up through your link
- KaiCalls records the signup and Stripe checkout attribution
Referral tracking is handled by KaiCalls first-party attribution. Your dashboard creates a personal link with a via code and records signups that continue through checkout.
Share Your Link
- Go to Dashboard > Referrals.
- Find the Your Referral Link card and click Copy.
- Send the link by email, text, or any channel you like.
- Your friend opens the link and starts checkout; KaiCalls records the attribution on the business and Stripe subscription.
- Come back to the Referrals page to track Friends Referred and Converted.
Referrals vs. the Affiliate Program
Referrals track businesses you send to KaiCalls. If you would rather discuss recurring cash income, use the affiliate program instead.
The Referrals page has a Become an Affiliate button that takes you to the partners page to sign up.
FAQ & Troubleshooting
My referral link did not load.
No. The dashboard now creates your personal link from KaiCalls referral tracking. If it does not load, refresh the Referrals page or contact support.
When does my reward apply?
Referral activity is tracked after the business you referred starts checkout. Billing credits are not automated yet; support can confirm credit status while that workflow is being wired.
My counts show zero after I shared the link.
The dashboard counts only sign-ups that came through your tracking link, and conversions only after payment. If you expected activity and see none, confirm your friend used your exact link and reach out to support.
